The correct application of the glass seal is the best way to achieve this.

Tips and tricks for the preparation and application of nanocrystal sealing:

1. The right precleaning for a nano-glass seal In order to achieve a 100% effect of the nanocrystal sealing, the correct pre-treatment or pretreatment of the surface to be sealed is decisive. For non-heavily stressed surfaces to be treated with the CleanglaS nanocrystal seal, Roof windows, terrace windows or glass windows and doors usually suffice for the pre-cleaning with a good glass cleaner. Spray the surface with the glass sealant or nanoscale with the glass cleaner and clean the surface with a suitable abrasive microfiber cloth. Afterwards, wash the surface with clear water to remove any remaining surfactants and residues before applying the nano-glass sealant. Then rub the surface clean and dry.   Test: Take a slightly moist microfiber cloth and wipe over the surface to be sealed with the CleanglaS Nano Glass Seal and look against the light. If the surface is visible as a continuous water film without colored rainbow strips, the surface is ready. Often, however, you still notice small, slight spots. This is an indication of an insufficiently pre-cleaned surface and hinders the adhesion of the SI structure to the glass surface. A well-cleaned surface can be seen when overpainting with a slightly damp microfiber cloth is NOT visible.   If, therefore, spots are still visible, only the force of friction helps here:

2. Use of glass cleaning polish for nanoclast sealing to remove residues Use a suitable glass cleaning pol. Sonax or 3M or other suitable polishing pastes and correspondingly suitable polishing pads. You usually use a polishing machine to save energy in order to optimally prepare the surface for glass sealing or nanoscale coating. After application and use of the polish please also here again with clean water after wash and clean dry. Perform the above test.   Removing lime residues with a suitable high-performance descaler, our experience has shown that the Fortec 5 descaler proves to be very effective. Often, stains on the shower are mistaken for lime. If the treated surface still shows stains despite the use of Fortec 5, they are NOT limescale spots, but mostly remainders from dried up surfactants or shampoo residues. Use a glass cleaning polish to prevent these spots. For this reason too, if residues are present on the surface, these prevent the molecular adhesion of the SI structure of the glass coating on the glass itself. An effect can then be produced only with difficulty or not at all.

3. Correct order of the Nanoklasenkichtung of CleanglaS:

Apply 10-15 drops of the nanoglass sealant to the always supplied white application cloth. This is a special non-absorbent and non-linting cloth. Begin to apply the glass sealant section in approximately 40x40cm large areas circularly or from top to bottom and from right to left evenly apply to the surface to be sealed with the CleanglaS Nano glass seal. A light milky film is usually formed, which is excess material which can be washed off with water after being completely applied.   If the surface is completely treated with the CleanglaS nanocrystal sealing, it is recommended to use, for example, With a kitchen roll once again over the surface, this can improve the adhesion and alignment of the SI structure. Then wash the surface with water and the corresponding effect should be fully visible.   In our videos, you'll see how the effects look like when you're done. The water drop shape is a round circle, no more water can form, water flows from top to bottom.   If the effect is not 100%, it is 99% of insufficient pre-cleaning of the surface to be treated which then hinders the SI molecular structure from adhering. There are still any chemical residues on the glass surface which still need to be removed. Repeat here the points of the pre-cleaning and then again apply the glass seal.   In our MEDIATHEK and VIDEOS on the nano-glass sealing you see the corresponding beading effects.
